18. מכירת תכשיר באריזה המקורית
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)לא ימכור אדם תכשיר אלא באריזתו המקורית ובתווית המקורית של בעל תעודת הרישום.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) רשאי המנהל לפי שיקול דעתו, להתיר בכתב מכירת תכשיר באריזה שונה מהאמור בתקנת משנה (א), ובלבד שהיא תישא תווית שתכלול אותם הפרטים שנכללו בתווית שעל האריזה המקורית; המנהל רשאי בכל עת לבטל את ההיתר.
