7. מועד להחלטת המנהל
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)הגיש מבקש הרישום בקשה לרישום תכשיר יודיע לו המנהל בכתב על רישומו או על הסירוב לרשום את התכשיר, תוך שנתיים.
(ב)(נמחקה).
(ג)מנין התקופות שבתקנת משנה (א) תחילתו ביום שבו הושלמה הגשת כל פרטי הבקשה.
