על אף האמור בתקנה 8, לא תינתן תעודת רישום לתכשיר המיועד לחיטוי מזון במפעל לייצור מזון מן החי אלא אם כן הסכימו לכך נציגי משרד הבריאות בוועדה פה אחד.
