7. תיקונים דרושים
מצא המנהל כי המבנה והמיתקנים במפעל הפסדים אינם מתאימים ליעודם, יורה לאחראי למפעל הפסדים לבצע תוך מועד שהוא יקבע, תיקונים הדרושים לשם הפעלתו התקינה (להלן – התיקונים הדרושים) והאחראי למפעל הפסדים חייב לבצע את התיקונים הדרושים.
