3. אגרת הפקה
תיקון: תשע״ד, [הודעות]
(א)אגרת הפקה של מידע בכתב תהיה בסכום של 0.20 שקל חדש (מתואם לשנת 2014; החל מאוקטובר 2026, 0.24 ש״ח) לכל עמוד צילום או עמוד פלט מחשב שהופק, או 2.50 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2014; החל מאוקטובר 2026, 3.01 ש״ח) לתקליטור מחשב שנמסר.
(ב)היה המידע מוקלט, מוסרט, מצולם או מאוחסן על גבי מדיה דיגיטלית נתיקה – יישא המבקש, בעלות ההפקה או ההעתקה הממשיות של המידע.
