102ח. אפיונים פיזיקליים וטכניים
תיקון: תשס״ז
(א)אפיונים פיזיקליים וטכניים של מכונת שקילה, מדידה ואריזה יהיו לפי מסמכים אלה:
(1)50OIML R;
(2)61OIML R;
(3)EN 415 Packaging machines (להלן – EN 415).
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), אפיונים פיזיקליים וטכניים של מכונת שקילה כאמור, יכול שיהיו גם לפי הוראות היצרן.
