בעל מכשיר מדידה, המשתמש בו, יצרנו או מתקנו (כל אלה להלן – המחזיקים) יספק, על פי דרישת המבקר, מטען במשקל מספיק וכן אמצעים אחרים הדרושים לבדיקת המכשיר.
