40. תוקף חותם של בעל משאבה
(א)הוסר חותם־כיול או נפגע או הוסר חוט המתכת המחזיק אותו או נפגע, יראו אותו חותם כנמחק, אלא אם הושם במקומו חותם כאמור בתקנה 39.
(ב)משאבה שעליה הושם חותם כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), יראוה כמכויילת ומחותמת בהתאם להוראות תקנות אלה, כל עוד לא חותמה בחותם הכיול.
