43לב. מדידת כמויות
תיקון: תשל״ט
לא יתחיל אדם למדוד כמויות של מוצרי נפט במערכת; ולא יתחיל להוציא ממנה מוצרי נפט לשם מכירה, אלא אם התקיימו שני אלה:
(1)המערכת מלאה במוצר נפט העומד להימדד או להימכר;
(2)ציון המונה של המערכת עומד באפס.
