67. דרישות למכונת שקילה אלקטרונית
תיקון: תשס״ז, תשפ״ו
(א)למכונת שקילה הנדונה בסימנים ג׳ ו־ד׳, שהיא אלקטרונית, יוספו דרישות כאמור במסמכים אלה:
(1)OIML R74 Electronic weighing instruments;
(2)(נמחקה).
(ב)נוסף על האמור בתקנה [צ״ל: בתקנת] משנה (א), במכונת שקילה הנדונה בסימן ד׳ יתקיימו גם דרישות המסמך, Directive 2004/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on measuring instruments.
