2. חומר ארכיוני פרטי
הגנז רשאי לקבל חומר ארכיוני פרטי למשמרת שאינה לצמיתות אם הגנז ובעל החומר או המחזיק בו חתמו על הסכם בדבר תנאי המשמרת. בהסכם יפורש למי תהיה גישה לחומר הארכיוני ואם יהיה ניתן לשימוש, להעתקה או לפרסום ללא הגבלות או בתנאים, הכל לפי שנקבע בהסכם.
