10. ועדות
לבדיקת הבקשות שיוגשו למועצה להכרה כמוסדות להשכלה גבוהה, תקים המועצה ועדה או ועדות משנה בהתאם לצורך מבין חבריה אשר תהא מוסמכת לצרף אליה, בדעה מייעצת, מומחים גם מבין אנשי מדע שאינם חברי המועצה. ועדה זו תתן לכל מוסד המבקש הכרה הזדמנות נאותה להביא טענותיו וראיותיו לפניה. הועדה תביא המלצותיה בפני המועצה.
