4. תארים שאינם מוכרים
אין כללים אלה באים למנוע בעד מוסד מוכר מהעניק לפי ראות עיניו תארים שאינם תארים אקדמיים מוכרים, ובלבד שיתן למועצה בתחילת כל שנה אקדמית הודעה מראש על הנהגת תארים כאלה ועל התנאים להענקתם.
