38. הפרוצידורה במקרה שפוקדים על שפיטות נפרדות
מקום שהכריע בית־משפט צבאי, בכל שלב של המשא והמתן המשפטי, כי תיערכנה שפיטות נפרדות, יכולה כל אחת ואחת מאותן שפיטות להימשך מאותה נקודה של המשא והמתן המשפטי המשותף, שבה ציווה בית־המשפט על שפיטות נפרדות.
