44. זיכוי יוכרז מיד
אם יזַכה בית־המשפט את הנאשם מהאשמה כל־שהיא, יוכרז מיד כי הנאשם נמצא זכאי, ואם נוגע הדבר בכל ההאשמות ייפטר הנאשם לביתו מיד.
