62. אימונים צבאיים שלא בהיתר
תיקון: 1946
שום אדם לא –
(א)יאמן או יאמן אימון צבאי כל אדם אחר בשימוש בנשק או במלאכת־תרגילים, תנועות או מערכות־פעולה צבאיים, או
(ב)יאומן כל אימון או אימון צבאי כזה, או
(ג)יהיה נוכח בכל אימון או אימון צבאי כזה.
הענשה: מאסר שלא יעלה על שבע שנים.
