65. עדות־שקר וכו׳
תיקון: 1946
לא יעיד שום אדם עדות שקר בכל משא־ומתן משפטי בפני בית־משפט צבאי או יתנהג התנהגות בלתי־הוגנת בפני כל בית־משפט כזה.
הענשה: מאסר שלא יעלה על חמש שנים.
