2. הגשת בקשה במהלך העדות
ראה בית המשפט, במהלך עדותו של המתלונן כי המשך מתן העדות בנוכחות הנאשם עלול לפגוע במתלונן או לפגום בעדות, רשאי הוא, בין מיוזמתו ובין על פי בקשה בעל פה של התובע, להורות כאמור בתקנה 4.
