5. ניהול רישומים ושמירתם
ברית הפיקוח או מבקר החשבונות, לפי הענין, ינהלו רישומים שיטתיים ויערכו רשימות מתאימות שישמשו ראיה לבקורת שנעשתה באגודה שביקרו אותה, וישמרו את הרשימות כאמור לתקופה של שבע שנים לפחות לאחר גמר הביקורת.
