9. הודעה לרשם על מינוי מבקר החשבונות ועל פקיעת כהונתו
אגודה שאינה חברה בברית פיקוח חייבת להודיע לרשם תוך שלושים יום על מינויו של מבקר החשבונות בידי האסיפה הכללית ועל פקיעת כהונתו.
