3. חובת עטיית מסבה
(א)לא ישהה מבקר בבית דין בלי שהוא עוטה מסכה אם הוא מחויב בעטיית מסכה לפי סעיף 3ה לצו בידוד בית.
(ב)על אף האמור, בית דין רשאי להורות על הסרת המסכה באולם הדיונים במקרים המתאימים, לרבות אם יש בעטיית המסכה כדי להקשות על גביית עדות.
