24. ערעור על החלטה בבקשה להארכת מעצר
תיקון: תשמ״ג
(א)אלה רשאים לערער על החלטה שניתנה בבקשה להארכת מעצר:
(1)החייל העצור;
(2)סניגור בשמו של החייל;
(3)התובע הצבאי הראשי או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך.
(ב)הערעור יוגש לבית הדין הצבאי לערעורים בשלושה עותקים.
(ג)ערעור המוגש בידי החייל או בידי סניגורו יכול שיוגש כל עוד נתון החייל במעצר.
(ד)ערעור המוגש בידי החייל עצמו יהיה ערוך לפי טופס א(1) שבתוספת.
