24ג. הודעה על הדיון בערעור
תיקון: תשמ״ג
(א)מזכירות בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים תודיע על מקום הדיון ומועדו לתובע הצבאי, לעצור, לסניגורו ולמפקד מיתקן הכליאה שבו מוחזק העצור.
(ב)מפקד מיתקן הכליאה יודיע לעציר על המועד שנקבע לדיון בערעור ויאפשר לו להתקשר עם סניגורו.
(ג)מזכירות בית הדין הצבאי תעביר לתובע הצבאי הראשי ולסניגור הצבאי הראשי העתק מכתב הערעור והודעה על מועד הדיון בו.
