32. ערר
(א)ערר על החלטה בבקשת שחרור בערבות או בבקשת עיון חוזר יהיה בכתב, יכיל תמצית נימוקיו ויוגש בשלושה עתקים למשרד הרישום.
(ב)לערר יצורפו העתקים מהבקשות הקודמות באותו ענין, לרבות העתק מההחלטה שעליה עוררים.
