47. החלטת נשיא בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים
(א)החלטת נשיא בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים תהיה מנומקת ותיקרא במעמד בעלי הדין.
(ב)נעדר אחד מבעלי הדין בעת הקראת ההחלטה, תובא ההחלטה לידיעתו באמצעות קצין בית הדין.
