50. מאסר במקום קנס כאשר הביצוע תכוף
הוטל על נידון קנס, ולמקרה שהקנס לא ישולם במועדו – מאסר, והורה בית הדין על ביצועו התכוף של פסק הדין והקנס לא שולם מיד, ימסור קצין בית הדין לידי שוטר, אזרחי או צבאי, העתק מקויים מגזר הדין ואותו שוטר רשאי על פיו לעצור את הנידון.
