10. סוגי נכסים נזילים
תיקון: תשל״א, תש״ם־2, תשמ״ה־4, תשמ״ח־3, תשמ״ט־4, תשנ״ב, תשנ״ה־2
(א)הנכסים הנזילים שעל תאגיד בנקאי להחזיקם לפי פרק זה יהיו –
(1)פקדון במטבע ישראלי בבנק ישראל;
(2)שטרי כסף ומעות במטבע ישראלי בידי תאגיד בנקאי במשרדיו בישראל;
(3)(נמחקה).
