4. תשלום מרבי לחוות דעת מומחה נפרדת או נוספת
התעריף המרבי בעד חוות דעת מומחה ביחס לבדיקה גנטית לקשרי משפחה שנערכה בנפרד מביצוע הבדיקה, או חוות דעת מומחה נוספת, יהיה המחיר הנקוב בתעריפון משרד הבריאות לחוות דעת רפואית משפטית.
