Section 6 of תקנות הסדרים במשק המדינה (תיקוני חקיקה) (משק הגז – החלפת ספק גז), התשנ״א–1991, מכלי גז המכילים גז.
6. מכלי גז המכילים גז
(א)פירק ספק גז יוצא מכלי גז שצרכן הגז שילם לספק הגז בעד הגז שבתוכם, זכאי צרכן הגז לקבל מספק הגז היוצא זיכוי מתאים בעד הגז שבמכלים.
(ב)הזיכוי בעד גז שנותר במכלים שפורקו כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) יחושב על פי כמות הגז שנותרה במכל הגז לאחר שקילתו ועל בסיס מחיר הגז שגובה ספק הגז היוצא במועד פירוק המכלים; סכום הזיכוי ישולם לא יאוחר מן המועד הקבוע להחזרת הפקדון על פי תקנות אלה.
