9. סייג לתחולה
תקנות אלה לא יחולו על –
(1)מערכת גז מרכזית בבית משותף כמשמעותה בחוק המקרקעין (תיקון מס׳ 13), התשנ״א–1991, וחוק המקרקעין (החלפת ספק גז בבית משותף), התשנ״א–1991;
(2)על צרכן גז תעשייתי, מוסדי או מסחרי המקבל גז בצובר, שבמיתקני ההספקה המשרתים אותו השקיע ספק הגז כספים בלא לגבות מצרכן הגז דמי פקדון.
