1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”קופה להשקעות“ – קופה מרכזית להשקעות של קופות גמל;
”עמית“ – קופת גמל שהיא בעלת מניות בקופה להשקעות ומבצעת באמצעותה פעולות רכישה ומכירה של ניירות ערך מאושרים;
”תקנון“ – תזכיר ההתאגדות ותקנות ההתאגדות של קופה להשקעות;
”תקנות קופות גמל“ – תקנות מס הכנסה (כללים לאישור ולניהול קופות גמל), תשכ״ד–1964.
כל מונח אחר יפורש כמשמעותו בתקנות קופות גמל.
