9. לימודים סדירים בהכשרה מקצועית
(א)דמי האבטלה לפי סעיף 127טז לחוק ישולמו על־יסוד אישור שהוגש למוסד מאת האגף להכשרה והשתלמות מקצועית במשרד העבודה כי הזכאי השתתף בהכשרה מקצועית.
(ב)האישור כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) יוגש למוסד אחת לחודש מתחילת ההכשרה המקצועית ויפורטו בו התשלומים שניתנו לזכאי בהכשרה המקצועית, ומספר הימים שבעדם שולמו לו, לרבות ימי מחלה ואבל.
