17. חיבור ציוד קצה לרשת החברה
תיקון: תשמ״ה־2, תשנ״ד
(א)מנוי או אדם אחר המעונין לחבר ציוד קצה שבבעלותו – שהוא בגדר ציוד בזק דומה או ציוד בזק שונה – לרשת החברה, יבקש בכתב מאת השר אישור סוג אם טרם ניתן אישור לגבי ציוד כאמור.
(ב)השר רשאי ליתן אישור סוג בתנאים שיקבע ולהורות לחברה לחבר את ציוד הקצה שבבעלות המנוי לרשת החברה; בתקנה זו, ”ציוד קצה שבבעלות המנוי“ – לרבות ציוד שברשותו בשכירות או בהשאלה.
