19. נזק לציוד קצה ולמיתקן בזק
(א)מנוי אחראי לנזק שנגרם ברשלנותו לציוד קצה או למיתקן בזק אחר שהותקן בחצריו ושבאמצעותו נותנת החברה שירות בזק למנוי.
(ב)מנוי ישלם לחברה, לפי דרישתה, תשלום סביר בעד תיקון הנזק בשיעור שהיא תקבע לפי סעיף 17 לחוק; לא שילם המנוי בעד תיקון הנזק, רשאית החברה להגביל או לנתק את השירות למנוי כל עוד לא שילם כאמור.
