3. מתן שירות בזק למנויים
תיקון: תשמ״ה־2, תשנ״ד
(א)החברה תיתן למנוייה שירותי בזק כמפורט ברשיון הכללי שניתן לה, באורח תקין וסדיר.
(ב)החברה תאפשר חיבור כל ציוד קצה של מנוי לרשת החברה ותאפשר השימוש בו, ובלבד שציוד הקצה קיבל אישור סוג.
