34א. התקנות עקב פיתוח תשתית
תיקון: תשנ״א
הסתיים פיתוח התשתית בחלק כלשהו שבתחום איזור מרכזת (להלן – איזור השירות המפותח), רשאית החברה להיענות לבקשות של מבקשים שחצריהם נמצאים באיזור השירות המפותח, על אף קיומם של מבקשים אחרים בעלי דרגות עדיפות גבוהות יותר באזורי שירות אחרים של אותה מרכזת שטרם פותחו.
