היענותה של החברה למתן שירותי מידע הידודי או שירותי בידור הידודי כפופה, בנוסף על האמור בתקנות אלה, לקיומו של הסכם שירות בין המנוי לבין ספק השירות, אם דרש זאת ספק השירות.
