45. תשלומים בעד שירות בזק
תיקון: תשנ״ד
שירות בזק שנותנת החברה לפי תקנות אלה, ישלם המנוי בעדו לחברה תשלום בשיעור שנקבע לפי סעיף 15 לחוק; לא נקבע שיעור כאמור, ישלם המנוי לחברה תשלום סביר, שקבעה לפי סעיף 17 לחוק ובהתאם לאמור ברשיון הכללי שניתן לה.
