8א. שירות רדיו טלפון נייד
תיקון: תשנ״ד
(א)החברה תאפשר לכל מנוי לקיים קשרי בזק בחיוג ישיר אל כל מנוי של מערכת רדיו טלפון נייד הפועלת כדין בישראל.
(ב)החברה תאפשר לכל מנוי של מערכת רדיו טלפון נייד הפועלת כדין בישראל לקיים קשרי בזק עם כל מנוי של החברה ולקבל כל שירות אחר שהחברה נותנת למנוייה, ככל שהדבר ניתן.
