102. זכות ערר נוסף
רשות ערר על צו לפי סעיף 99 נתונה למבקש כל זמן שהצו בתקפו, והוא רשאי לחזור ולערור עליו גם לאחר שניתנה החלטה בערר, אם לדעתו נשתנו הנסיבות שהיו קיימות בעת מתן ההחלטה; אולם רשאית הועדה לחייב את המבקש בהוצאות, אם לדעתה לא היה מקום להגיש ערר נוסף.
