114. אי־פומביות הדיון
הדיון לפני הועדות לא יהיה פתוח לקהל, אלא אם הורתה כך הועדה לענין מסויים, ולא יפרסם אדם דבר על דיון שהתנהל בדלתיים סגורות אלא ברשות הועדה.
