127. עיון מחדש
בעל פטנט שניתן לגביו רשיון לפי פרק זה, רשאי בדרך ובצורה שנקבעו לבקש מהרשם לחזור ולעיין ברשיון שניתן, משום שנשתנו הנסיבות שהיו קיימות בשעת מתן הרשיון או משום שבעל הרשיון הפר תנאי מתנאיו, והרשם רשאי לבטל את הרשיון או לשנות את תנאיו אם שוכנע שמן הדין לעשות כן.
