הרשעת אדם בדין משמעתי לפי פרק זה או זיכויו אינם גורעים מן הסמכות להביא אדם לדין פלילי או לדין משמעתי אחר בגלל העילה ששימשה בסיס לדיון משמעתי לפי חוק זה.
