155. זכות ייצוג בבתי־משפט
לעורך פטנטים תהיה, ברשות בית המשפט, הזכות לטעון בבית המשפט בשם בעל דין בהליכים לפי חוק זה, בכל ענין הנוגע לאמצאה או לפטנט ואינו נקודה משפטית, ובלבד שעורך הדין של אותו בעל דין נוכח אותה שעה.
