162. דיון בהליכים על ריב
(א)בכל הליך על ריב המובא לפני הרשם לפי חוק זה יתן הרשם לצדדים הזדמנות להגיש ראיותיהם ולהביא טענותיהם בכתב ובעל פה, בדרך, בצורה, במועדים ובאופן שנקבעו.
(ב)הרשם רשאי לצוות על תשלום הוצאות סבירות ולהורות מי מבעלי הדין ישלם את ההוצאות וכיצד ישולמו.
(ג)צו לפי סעיף קטן (ב) ניתן להוצאה לפועל כאילו היה פסק דין של בית משפט.
