166. פנקס הפטנטים
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)ברשות ינוהל פנקס הפטנטים ויירשמו בו הדברים הקבועים בחוק זה ופרטים נוספים שנקבעו או שהרשם ימצא לנכון לרשמם.
(ב)מסר אדם לרשות בהליך לפי חוק זה את מענו יהא זה המען למסירת הודעות ומסמכים, לכל ענין לפי חוק זה.
