169. רישום העברת זכויות
(א)מי שהועברו לו זכויות בפטנט או באמצאה שהוגשה עליה בקשת פטנט, רשאי לבקש מהרשם לרשמו כבעל אותן זכויות, ואם הוכחה ההעברה להנחת דעתו של הרשם ושולמה האגרה שנקבעה – תירשם העברת הזכויות בפנקס או בתיק הבקשה.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי לקבוע דרכים למסירת פסקי דין שבהם נקבעה העברת זכויות בפטנט או באמצאה שעליה הוגשה בקשה לפטנט; קבע כך ונמסר לרשם פסק דין בדרך האמורה, ירשום הרשם את ההעברה שנקבעה בפסק הדין, על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א).
