172. תיקון פנקסים ביזמת הרשם
הרשם רשאי לתקן תיקון לפי הסעיפים 170 ו־171 גם מיזמתו הוא, לאחר שנתן לכל אדם, העלול לדעתו להיפגע מהתיקון, הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיו.
