21. תיקון ליקויים
לא סילק המבקש, תוך זמן שנקבע בתקנות, את העילה לאי־כשירות האמצאה לפטנט או לא תיקן את הליקויים שהודיעו לו עליהם לפי סעיף 20, יסרב הרשם לקיבול הבקשה.
