21ב. ביטול בקשת פטנט
תיקון: תשנ״ה
עד למתן הפטנט רשאי המבקש לבטל את בקשתו לפטנט; ואולם רשאי הרשם לבטל את הביטול בתנאים שקבע, ובלבד שנוכח כי הבקשה בוטלה שלא כדין.
